Personal menu development is available at a rate of $30 per hour.

Included in this package is:

1. One 7-day rotation meal plan.

 

 

2. Computer breakdown of nutritional content of the entire menu plan.

3. A one hour cooking class in your own home. You are welcome to invite guests.

    

 

 

4. If a kitchen review is requested, it may be included in the package also.

     Seven years experience dealing with extreme sensitivities gives us the knowledge required

     to help you with your plan.

          For special diets, main caregivers that may include parents (guardians), 

          babysitters, grandparents and/or should be included.  Information on

          contamination issues will be included.

    Once this plan is established, it is then reviewed by your personal 

    medical consultant (physician, dietician, etc.) before implementation.
